The upsurge of Hindu nationalism in India can be seen as a revolt of the upper castes against the egalitarian demands of democracy and justice. Thus, it becomes important to study the nuances and narrative revolving around upper castes in our society. We will be looking into the same to fulfill our larger goal of social justice and equality.
